iWake for iPhone
Email support@iwakeproof.com. A real person reads it. Tell us your iPhone model and iOS version and it will be answered faster.
iWake uses AlarmKit, so it rings through Silent mode and Focus and it does not need the app to be running. If an alarm was missed, check that iWake still has permission to schedule alarms in Settings › iWake, and that the alarm was switched on rather than paused by a task still owed from a previous morning.
That is the app working. The alarm ends when the task is proved. If a sensor cannot see you — a dark room, a camera task with the phone face down — hold the skip control for ten seconds; it is deliberately slow, and it is always there.
Push-ups and squats need the phone held against your body, not waved. The walk needs real steps, read from the phone's own step counter. Room scans compare what the camera sees against the place you saved, so they need roughly the light you set them up in.
Open Settings › iWake Pro › Restore purchase. If you are offline it will say so rather than telling you no purchase exists. A purchase is tied to your Apple Account, so it restores on any device signed in to the same one.
There is no account and no server, so there is nothing to request and nobody to ask. Delete the app and your alarms and your wake history go with it. See the privacy policy.
Purchases are handled entirely by Apple, so refunds are too: reportaproblem.apple.com. We are not able to issue one on Apple's behalf, and we are told nothing about your payment.
