Two apps built on one idea: a phone can tell the difference between meaning to do something and actually doing it — and it should say which, honestly, without flattering you.
The apps
An alarm you cannot turn off until your phone has watched you do something. Push-ups counted by the motion sensor, a walk measured in real steps, sums you have to get right.

The whole record: how you sleep, how you wake, and what actually moved either — kept as measurements rather than a score.

What both apps refuse to do
Nights with no reading are left visibly empty. Nothing is estimated to fill a gap.
No account, no server, no analytics. Deleting the app deletes the data with it.
A morning the app is unsure about is drawn as unsure, not rounded up to a good one.
